Bring your family to meet the spring babies, which include ducklings, chicks, bunnies, lambs, children and calves. There is also the opportunity to bottle feed the younger members of the farm. Amenities include heated rooms in cold weather. The Critter Barn is open daily from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Horse riding lessons

Highpointe Farm is a hidden gem that offers stunning views of wildlife and trails. Owner Jill Herweyer’s love and passion for animals is reflected in the care he receives in the stables. As a mother, Herweyer began offering mom and lessons knowing the importance of connecting with your children through animals. Highpointe Farm has one-way options as well as period lessons. In any case, your child will be introduced to the countryside and will learn how to care for horses.

Bowling

The recently refurbished Spectrum Lanes offers hours of fun for the whole family. This is a great choice for families who want social distance. Bowling is a fun way for families to meet for a friendly, competitive game and connect to a large, space facility. Call to close your lane or visit the Spectrum Lanes website.
