The Miami social scene is remote, but it is more important. Charities work harder than ever and their supporters are steadfast in their commitment.

The Jewish Federation of Greater Miami hosted the Women’s Event in a virtual forum opened by the presidency Silvia Assor and supporters attended Ilene Kossman and Tammy Woldenberg, who welcomed guests while Jeannette Kaplun interview with a selected speaker Mayim Bialik.

Kristi House claimed to be Virtual Breaking the Silence Luncheon with CEO Amanda Altman, coordinator Ilena Bravo, co-chair Angelica Bertot Sandibinz, Glorida Fonts Suarez and Priscilla marrero.

Coral Gables Community Foundation held L’Art de Recevoir with co-chairing couples Sissy DeMaria-Koehne & Dr. Guenther Koehn and Lauren Harrison-Brown and Blake Brown.

And for the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Virtual Diamond Ball brought the co-organizers to the screen Jason Alpert and Geoff Cowan as Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, President of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation Michelle Boggs and President and CEO of Nicklaus Child Health System Matthew Love.

There is still a long way to go. Coming in April is the Annual Women’s Gala of Tomorrow with the founder of the organization Jennifer Valopi and gala founder Marisa Toccin Lucas and PAMM’s Art of the Party with details unfolding.

For the Power Fund of the Women’s Fund the board includes Gloria Romero Roses, Arathi Ramappa, Dennis Calle, Joy Makenna, DeAnne Connolly Graham, Shelley Jacoby, Joan Godot, Adrienne Messing, Maria Ilseva, Adele Valencia, Ivon Mesa, Daphnee Arana, Michelle Austin Pamies, Vanessa Brizo, Franccesca Cesti-Browne, Priscilla Dames Blake, Susan Matos, Marcia Narine Weldon, Dr. Danielle Prendergast, Michelle Rodriguez and Interim Executive Director, Marya Meyer. And don’t forget Branches’ 18th annual exhibition “Black Tie and Blue Jeans Gala and Online Auction”.

You can also join the Sylvester Cancer Center Dolphins Cancer Challenge, one of the nation’s most famous experiences that inspires thousands of cyclists, runners and hikers, chaired by Tom Garfinkel, Vice President, President and CEO of The Miami Dolvis The Jackie Dolphins , EVP & COO University of Miami & Chairman of the Dolphin Cancer Board.

There are still new additions to this release, including Chapman Partnerships “Take a Walk in Her Shoes” and Breakthrough Miami’s Support a Scholar Celebration.
